Try asking yourself:

✨ What habits support my well-being and personal growth?
Your intention might be to feel more balanced, cultivate self-trust, or create more joy in your daily life. When your focus shifts from rigid goals to aligned habits, you naturally step into a better version of yourself—without the burnout.

Massive life overhauls rarely last. Instead, small, consistent habits are the key to transformation. Start by:
✅ Choosing one habit to prioritise each month
✅ Making adjustments that fit into your current lifestyle
✅ Allowing flexibility—growth isn’t linear
For example, if your goal is to improve your well-being, instead of saying “I’ll work out five times a week,” try:
✔ I’ll move my body in a way that feels good each day
✔ I’ll swap one screen-heavy evening for a calming nighttime routine
