For Products
I hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, i'm here to help.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused, unopened products in their original condition and packaging.
• Please email me at hello@imkatiemasters.com with your order number and reason for return to start the process.
• Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the product is received and inspected.
• Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
For Services
As an independent hairstylist, I take pride in delivering personalised, high-quality services. If something doesn’t feel right, I’m always happy to make it right.
• Refunds are not offered for completed services, but adjustments can be made if you contact me within 7 days of your appointment.
• I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows may result in a fee.
